Step Sparring Level 3

Step Sparring is a Self Defense drill in which an attacker and defender pre-arrange a sequence of attacks and blocks.

Step Sparring is a method to produce muscle memorization - a key aspect of self defense techniques.

#1 Knife Hand Block, Grab Chop Reverse Chop right foot steps forward.

#2 Knife Hand Block, Grab Elbow Strike Body Elbow Strike to face  Block,  middle punch. face, left foot steps forward.

#3 Knife Hand Block,  Grab Hammer Fist to radial nerve Hammer Fist to neck/ face upper cut punch, right foot steps forward.
