Taeheuk I (Ee) Jang

This is the second in the taegeuk forms. The word I is the number 2. Jang translates as chapter. "Chapter 1 of taegeuk.
Each taegeuk is represented by a trigram. Trigrams are divination symbols. Symbols respresenting the concept of Keon (beginning of the creation of all things). This poomsae is simple. Students shift from Wlaking Stance to Front Stance. Front kicks are added. Teaches proper balance, stance, and leg muscle strenthening.
